Returns

We're really only used to recieving warm fuzzy feels from our customer feedback, but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your printed product, please email teams@giftitprinted with the following information

  • Order number 
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photograph that clearly shows damage/fault

We will be in touch pronto.  We will definitely organise a replacement or refund for you should the item meet our returns policy.

  • Only items that are damaged or faulty warrant a return, with no items accepted after 21 days of reciept of purchase.
  • Worn items are not eligible for exchange nor credit
  • Change of mind or preference is not eligible for exchange nor credit
  • Personalised items where incorrect type has been entered at time of purchase are not eligible for exchange nor credit so please check spelling and/or dates typed when ordering.
  • Incorrect sizing will not be eligible for exchange nor credit.  Items are customised to your order so please ensure you have used the sizing guide measurements.
  • Underwear is not eligible for exchange nor credit.
